To mark the Dragon Boat Festival, volunteers were invited to help residents make sachets filled with dried herbs. Staff first prepared a variety of dried herbs and flowers, including mugwort, lavender and rosemary, and gave the residents a detailed explanation of the benefits of each plant. Subsequently, with one-to-one assistance from volunteers, the residents carefully filled the delicate fabric pouches with their favourite dried herbs and flowers, before tying the knots tightly to complete the sachets.
