Registration

Please be informed that Lar de Cuidados Especiais da Obra das Mães has joined the　“Uniform Evaluation and Central Transfer System of Social Welfare Bureau of the Macau Government” already.  All applications should bring along I.D. copy & Medical Reports and apply through the Centers of the Social Welfare Bureau, or registered seniors’ house as from 1^st July, 2015 during office hours.  The Social Welfare Bureau will contact applicants on receipt of the application for further evaluation.  Application Forms can be downloaded from the respective website of Social Welfare Bureau: www.ias.gov.mo .

Cancellation of registration

1. Both the elderly and his family members can apply for cancellation of registration.
2. Fill in the application form for cancellation.
3. The application will be followed up by a social worker, who will give technical advice if necessary.
4. Proceed with the procedures of cancellation of registration, and suspension of the payment of the respective fees.
