This initiative involved training delivered by residential care home social workers and volunteers from Fu Hong Society's Yee Lok Heen. The programme enhanced volunteers' communication skills, understanding of residents' characteristics, and wheelchair handling techniques. Subsequently, volunteers designed and facilitated suitable activities for residents, thereby promoting social inclusion.
