On 14 August 2025, the residential care home collaborated with St John's Nursery (New Port) to invite residents to participate in the nursery's ‘Fruitful Fun Day’. During the visit, residents toured the nursery facilities, interacted with the children, and jointly crafted fruit fans and fruit tarts before sampling the creations.
