The ‘Joyful Senior Years: A New Tour of the Old City’ event, funded by the Social Welfare Bureau and organised by the Mother’s Association’s Lower Taipa Integrated Elderly Services Centre, was successfully held recently (17 July). The centre organised a group of elderly residents and their families to visit the MGM Cotai Vision Plaza, followed by afternoon tea at the Vision Plaza Café, where they enjoyed a pleasant afternoon together.

On the day of the event, accompanied by staff, the elderly participants and their families explored the MGM Cotai Vision Plaza, enjoying a brand-new leisure and cultural experience. The group then moved on to Vision Café to enjoy a delightful afternoon tea. Throughout the event, the elderly participants and their families interacted warmly, creating a cosy and harmonious atmosphere. One participant remarked that being able to go out and enjoy themselves with their family made them particularly happy, and they were also grateful for the Centre’s thoughtful arrangements.
