A. How to register for 24 Hours Nursing Service and Special Care services (Half-day):

• Applicants must complete the "Application Reference Form for Long-term Assistance Service", attach the relevant information and send it to the center, Social Welfare Bureau social work center or the relevant designated application site. Relevant information can be found on the website of Social Welfare Bureau(IAS) (http://iasweb.ias.gov.mo/elderlyEnquiry).

B. Home Assistance Service:

• Applicants can visit the center in person or be referred by other agencies. They must complete the "Application Reference Form for Long-term Assistance Service" and attach the relevant information to the center. After evaluation by the center team, services will be provided according to their needs.
