On 24 July, the Mother’s Association Xiahuang Integrated Services Centre for the Elderly held its second residents’ forum of 2026, which was enthusiastically attended by 60 elderly residents. The forum aimed to strengthen communication with residents, gather their feedback to continuously improve service quality, and demonstrate the centre’s commitment to people-centred, continuously improving services.
The forum featured a varied programme. It began with a presentation of the results from a recent brief service quality questionnaire, providing residents with a clear understanding of overall service performance and resident satisfaction levels; residents also actively shared their views. Subsequently, the group reviewed the various activities organised during the first half of the year, reliving some of the highlights. Furthermore, a preview of the activities planned for the second half of the year was presented, and residents expressed great anticipation for the upcoming events.
