The Mother’s Association Hoi Hang Integrated Elderly Services Centre held a residents’ forum on 5 March. The aim was to enable residents to provide feedback on the services offered by the centre, thereby gaining an understanding of their expectations and views regarding residential care services. This initiative is intended to improve and enhance the overall quality of service, maintain close and positive relationships with residents, and create a more comfortable living environment within the centre.
