Registration:

1. Visit or call the center first to sign up for the waitlist;
2. After being notified, go to the center to complete the application form;
3. Submit a copy of the candidate's ID card and two photos;
4. Payment of the annual membership fee (renewal every year);
5. Need to fill the "Withdrawal Application Form" if you want to apply for withdrawal from the membership.
