On the day of the event, Fei Manhua, Vice-Chairperson of the Mothers’ Association, and Gao Manna, a member of the Board of Directors, joined volunteers who had previously provided voluntary service at the care home during the summer holidays to gather at the care home for a festive meal. The evening’s programme included a tangyuan-making workshop and a giant ‘photo-op’ moon, creating a vibrant festive atmosphere. Everyone present held up glow balls, creating a sea of twinkling lights, whilst they enjoyed mini hotpot and took part in a festive prize draw, making for a warm and lively occasion.
