The ‘Baking Day’ event welcomed nearly ten residents and their families. Under the careful guidance of the instructors from ‘Bear’s Kitchen’, the residents quickly mastered the techniques for making egg yolk pastries and actively took part in tasks such as kneading the dough and wrapping the fillings, enjoying the fun of the hands-on process. Once the pastries came out of the oven, they were met with unanimous praise from the residents.
