To enrich the children’s daily activities at the nursery, the Mothers’ Association of St John’s Nursery (Taipa) organised a parent-child trip on the Macau Light Rail for the children and their parents. Through this activity, the children and their parents were introduced to the Macau Light Rail, its routes and the ticket-purchasing process. During the trip, the nursery teachers guided the children on the need to queue when buying tickets on the Light Rail, and not to run about on the platform, thereby fostering in the children a sense of discipline.
